Key Responsibilities

• Mortgage & Protection Advice: As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a consistent stream of new and existing clients, ensuring tailored financial solutions.
• New Leads Provided: Benefit from 8-10 high-quality mortgage leads per week, generated through estate agencies, accountants, a successful website, a loyal client base, and referrals.
• Client Database Access: Utilise an extensive client database to identify remortgage opportunities and secure the best mortgage solutions.
• Commission Structure: Earn competitive commission rates with no validation thresholds, ensuring a realistic OTE of £55,000 - £70,000.
• Administrative Support: Receive full administrative support, allowing you to focus on client service and closing deals efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with an existing team of mortgage brokers and administrators in a supportive environment that encourages success.

Key Skills & Requirements

To excel as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in this role, you will need:

• CeMAP Qualification: Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to provide regulated mortgage advice.
• Proven Mortgage Sales Experience: Previous experience in a tied, independent, or banking environment with a strong track record in mortgage and protection sales.
• Customer Service Excellence: A client-focused approach, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the company’s excellent reputation.
• Driving License: A full UK driving license is required.
• CAS Status Advantage: Competent Adviser Status (CAS) is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
• Clean Background: A clean credit history and no criminal convictions are mandatory.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to explain financial products clearly and effectively to clients.
• Target-Driven Approach: A results-oriented mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
