A leading company on the outskirts of Horsham is seeking an experienced Goods In Operative for a dynamic role in their high-end stationery manufacturing and supply operations.
The position involves duties such as loading and unloading deliveries, booking goods into the WMS, and performing daily forklift safety checks.
Candidates must have valid forklift licenses (Reach, Counterbalance, and ideally Flexi), previous warehouse experience, and their own transport due to the site's location.
The salary for this role ranges from £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, with a standard work week of 40 hours and opportunities for overtime.
Additional benefits include 20 days of holiday (increasing to 25 after five years), free parking, gym membership, and a pension plan.

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Goods In Operative to join a leading company on the outskirts of Horsham. They are a specialist manufacturer and supplier of high-end stationery and materials. They supply to retailers, universities, key accounts throughout the UK and Europe. Working in a busy and dynamic role this is a varied position with duties including:

Loading and unloading deliveries using Counterbalance
Booking goods in onto WMS
Checking for missing and damaged items
Storing items in correct warehouse locations using Reach Truck
Performing daily forklift safety checks
Replenishment of stock

The successful candidate must have:

Valid forklift licences – Reach, Counterbalance and ideally Flexi
Previous experience in a similar warehouse position
Experience using PDA/ Hand-held Scanners
Own transport due to site location

Package:

8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (40 hour week) with overtime opportunities
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
20 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 5 years employment).
