The Role:
  • Answering phone and email queries from contractors and tenants
  • Logging and coordinating reactive maintenance tasks
  • Taking full ownership of health & safety records-keeping everything compliant and flagging when action is needed (fire alarms, extinguishers, etc.)
  • Managing utility records-monitoring usage, flagging discrepancies, and keeping everything organised
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Supporting the office with general administrative tasks
