- Managing utility records-monitoring usage, flagging discrepancies, and keeping everything organised
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Supporting the office with general administrative tasks
- Comfortable in a varied role where every day might look a little different
- A self-starter who's happy working independently and taking responsibility
- Great communication skills, especially over email and phone
- Organised and thorough, with a keen eye for detail
