Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories, including finance and stock availability.
- Developing and implementing efficient Parts management processes and systems.
- Liaising with suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
- Leading the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor in the Plant, Agriculture, or Construction industries.
- Candidates from the automotive or HGV sectors are encouraged to apply also!
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Experience implementing and improving processes in a parts department
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience Manager level.
