Your New Role

  • Delivering high-quality Science education to students in Years 7-11.
  • Working with children who have complex emotional needs and ensuring de-escalation before disruption.
  • Maintaining good relationships with pupils, exercising appropriate authority, and acting decisively when necessary.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of how pupils learn and how to meet their individual requirements.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • QTS/QTLS or an equivalent overseas qualification.
  • Experience working with children who have complex emotional needs is essential.
  • A track record of facilitating students to fulfil their potential is preferred.
  • A genuine level of care and desire for helping students thrive.
  • A driving licence is required due to the school’s rural location.
