As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters. From employee relations and performance management to policy development and wellbeing initiatives, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and driving HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
