An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full control of a prestigious new-build residential project in Cranleigh.

The project consists of four super-prime homes valued at £4.5 million, built on behalf of an ultra-high-net-worth client. This is a rare chance to deliver a landmark scheme with one of the most respected super-prime contractors in the South East — a business renowned for building high-end private estates and residences for some of the wealthiest individuals in the country.

The Role:
You will be the No.1 on site, managing the full build from start to finish. The business operates with a flat structure, meaning you'll report directly to the directors and have complete autonomy over day-to-day delivery.

Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering new build residential projects from ground up
- Minimum of three super-prime or high-end residential builds completed as No.1
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Confident dealing directly with clients, consultants and specialist trades
- Strong eye for detail, with experience delivering high-spec finishes and bespoke packages
- £65k plus bonuses
- Full autonomy to lead the project as No.1 on site
- Direct line to the board with no layers of middle management
