We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping the future of their colleagues. You'll design and deliver impactful training programs that, enhance performance, and support long term growth.
Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking learning and development plan that aligns with company vision
- Identify training needs
- Work with external providers to deliver training programs
- Partner with regional managers to tailor training initiatives to the unique needs of each geographic area
The ideal Learning and Development Manager will have / be:
- Proven experience in Learning and Development
- Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
