About the Role

As a Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Service and Commercial Service departments. You’ll be the first point of contact for service-related enquiries and will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from service customers and engineers, acting as the first point of contact
  • Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly
  • Order materials and manage the goods-in process
  • Prepare small customer quotes and generate sales invoices
  • Liaise with engineers to coordinate service activities
  • Maintain training records and manage general office documentation
  • Provide administrative support including filing, archiving, and post distribution
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment
  • Support with hospitality for visitors and internal team members
