About the RoleAs a Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Service and Commercial Service departments. You’ll be the first point of contact for service-related enquiries and will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls from service customers and engineers, acting as the first point of contact
- Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly
- Order materials and manage the goods-in process
- Prepare small customer quotes and generate sales invoices
- Liaise with engineers to coordinate service activities
- Maintain training records and manage general office documentation
- Provide administrative support including filing, archiving, and post distribution
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment
- Support with hospitality for visitors and internal team members
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a reactive, fast-paced environment
