Location: HorshamHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Office-based) ASAP startHourly Rate: £14.50Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior team- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments using Outlook- Take accurate meeting notes and distribute clear action points- Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and events- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence- Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external partners- Maintain accurate records, update databases and ensure document control- Assist with ad hoc projects, event planning, and occasional personal admin- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityAbout you:- Previous experience in an admin, office support, or PA role- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks- A team player who’s also comfortable working independently- Strong attention to detail and a professional, positive attitude- Must have a valid driving licence and access to own transport (due to location)
