Role: Administrator
Location: Horsham
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (office-based)
Pay: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum

The Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Confident in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of Iris - desirable
- Experience in Health & Safety at Work - desirable
The Role:
- Carry out general office administration, including archiving and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle incoming mail
- Order office supplies and liaise with contractors regarding maintenance
- Act as a point of contact for customers, clients, and suppliers via email, telephone, or in person
- Welcome visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain the reception area
- Organise filing systems and update office databases
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
