- You will spend circa. 3 to 6 months in a Floating Lettings Managers role covering various offices where you will be working in conjunction with and covering for existing Lettings Managers in their absence along with driving listings in various offices.
This will be with a view to taking the helm of your own office once available and will provide you with an excellent grounding within the company.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Lettings industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This is a great role to develop your management skills and help you move upwards on the career ladder.

- Basic salary to £30,000 plus £4,000 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £50,000.
