- Creating Boolean searches to identify high-quality candidates
- Writing engaging, targeted job adverts
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Supporting consultants and updating the CRM
- Have recruitment or resourcing experience (any sector)
- Are confident speaking with candidates and building rapport
- Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (a bonus, not essential)
