As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a motivated trainee to join the team.What the role involvesFrom your very first day, you’ll be guided through the recruitment process, learning how to:

Find and connect with talented professionals in the life sciences sector
Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
Manage the process from first conversation to job offer
Research industry trends so you can speak confidently in your market
(In time) develop your own client relationships and grow a desk of your own

What they’re looking forYou don’t need recruitment experience – full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, enjoy working with people, and have the drive to meet goals and deliver results. Any background in sales, customer service, or a people-focused role would be a bonus.What you’ll get

Basic salary up to £26,000 plus uncapped commission
