Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a lovely company based in Horsham, West Sussex who are looking for a temp Finance Assistant to start ASAP and support with everyday transactional finance such as; accounts payable invoicing, supplier statements, handling invoice queries, reconciliations etc.
Pay rate: 14-15 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9-5
Accounts Assistant duties:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Preparing the monthly payment run for suppliers
- Preparing and issuing Statements of Account for customers
- Handling and following up on any invoice or payment queries
- Assisting with credit control, contacting customers regarding any outstanding debts
- Supporting the office and finance team with any other admin duties
Skills and experience required:
- Ideally have some proven experience working in an Accounts / Finance support / Accounts Payable type role
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills
