Test Engineer - Clean Energy Innovation

A leading innovator in clean energy technology is seeking a Test Engineer to support the development of cutting-edge solid oxide systems used for green hydrogen production and next-generation fuel cells.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and install test equipment and systems on test stands.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and auditable testing procedures.
  • Analyse and interpret test data, generating reports and recommendations.
  • Contribute to fault diagnosis, issue resolution, and system improvements.
  • Draft technical documentation, including risk assessments and standard operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong practical and analytical skills, including basic thermodynamic calculations.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents (P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings).
  • Experience producing technical reports and communicating results clearly.
  • Familiarity with risk analysis tools such as HAZID, HAZOP, or FMEA is beneficial.
