Based in Horsham, Christ’s Hospital is a unique co-educational boarding school and charitable foundation which provides first class education to around 900 children from all backgrounds, supported by around 500 members of staff. If you wish to join our team, we currently have vacancies in our housekeeping team on a permanent basis.
The post holders are responsible for providing a first-class cleaning service across the school, which can include public areas such as office, classrooms and/or boarding houses.
Our cleaning teams work all days of the week, therefore some weekend working is involved in the role.
Additionally, the post holder may be required to undertake tasks to help out in other areas of Housekeeping and associated teams, for example Laundry and Portering, if required.
Hours & Days per week
- Full time hours are 40 over five days including weekend shifts.
Shift patterns available are:
Week days:
- 5.30am to 2.15pm
- 6.30am to 2.15pm
- 6.30am to 3.15pm
- 8.15am to 4.00pm
Weekend day Shifts start at 6.30am or 7am
