MIG/TIG Welder
Location: Horsham
Salary: Competitive, based on experience


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience of precision welding, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production targets.

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.


Requirements
  • Proven MIG/TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

  • Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant welding qualifications/certifications (preferred but not essential).
