MTrec is recruiting for a manufacturing company in the Hetton area, seeking proactive individuals for an ongoing position.
The role involves daily meetings with the Team Leader, prioritizing workloads, and using various hand tools including nail guns and hand saws.
Candidates should ideally have experience with hand tools and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and maintain health and safety standards.
The position offers a pay rate of £11.56 per hour, with the potential for increases, and is a long-term temp to perm opportunity.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, either from 06:20am to 14:30pm or 14:20pm to 22:30pm, with no specific year of experience required.

The Company:

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Hetton area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.

The Role

Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
To help prioritise workloads within the Department / designated area.
Using a variety of hand tools, nail guns and hand saws.
To carry out picking and packing duties when required, as set by the Team Leader.
To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times; including general housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy.
Heavy lifting throughout the role
Loading and unloading machines

The Person:

A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job

Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
Will ideally have experience using hand tools
