The Company:
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hetton Le Hole area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position.
MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.
The Role:
- Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead
- Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders
- Working in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment
- Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow companies strict health and safety procedures
- Able to dissemble and assemble equipment components
- Responsible for the hygiene process within the production area.
- Ensure the working environment and equipment meet internal hygiene standards at all times.
- Responsible for the appropriate storage of hygiene equipment, chemicals and cleaning records.
- Inspect equipment and identify any replacements, malfunctions or repairs.
- Ensure all relevant safety signs are used correctly and appropriately (e.g. wet floor sign)
- Responsible for the use and control of your own personal protective equipment
- Actively promote clean as you go and right first time at all times
- Adherence to food safety rules/processes
The Person:
- Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
- A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
- Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
- Someone with a can-do attitude
- Must be flexible with shifts as will be expected to work overtime
- Experience in Hygiene roles

- 15:00pm 23:00pm
- 23:00pm 07:00pm
The Pay:
- Day Shift: £12.21 per hour
- Back Shift: £13.10 per hour
- Night Shift: £15.54 per hour
