Job Description

We are currently working with a client based in Houghton Le Spring who are experiencing exciting growth in their Food Manufacturing business. We have a number of roles available with immediate starts for Machine Operatives to pack large or small quantities in all types of packaging on different lines that have been requested by the customer. Duties

Work in a fast-paced production line

Adhere to guidelines and hygiene

Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines

Quality check of consumable good

Work in a team and individually to hit targets

Ensure internal standards & values

Accurately complete all necessary documentation.

Label verification check against recipe Labelling of product packaging and loading of pallets

Transfer of finished product sample and recipe sheet to QC laboratory

Required knowledge, skills or experience

Machine Operative experience is advantageous

Flexible/Adaptable

Good standard of Numeracy & Literacy

Team Player

Location: Houghton Le Spring

Hours of work:

3 shift rota:

Days - Monday to Friday 7am 3pm

Lates - Monday to Friday 3pm 11pm

Nights - Sunday to Thursday 11pm 7am

Rates of pay:

£12.21/£13.70/£15.54
