You will play a key role in supporting the development and expansion of the newly established Technical Sales Operation.

As part of their expansion, they're recruiting an IT Sales Consultant, to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their businesses, challenges, and future goals.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to ascertain their IT needs and align our services accordingly.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Utilise your technical knowledge and expertise to recommend suitable IT services that align with the client's business objectives.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to address their challenges through our IT solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on client interest and alignment with our service offerings.
  • Nurture and build relationships, understanding when a lead is primed for passing over to our sales partners.

Key Criteria:

  • IT Sales: 1 year (required).
  • Tech Sales: 1 year (required).
  • B2B Sales: 1 year (required).
  • Proven track record in IT sales or consultancy, engaging with clients to understand their needs.
  • Technical knowledge across various IT services, especially in the specified areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Full UK driving licence.
