- Maintaining relationships and growing new business opportunities with customers, visiting face to face as and when required.
- Build and maintain solid business relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Develop tailored sales strategies for specific accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Create sales proposals and deliver product presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring accuracy in legal and financial negotiations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the highest customer service levels
- Attend and assist in preparing for industry trade shows and seminars.
- Background in Account Management/ Sales within a manufacturing environment, Aviation, GSE, machinery
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with a focus on long-term customer alliances.
- Ability to prepare and negotiate tenders, legal terms, and financial conditions.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Full driving license, must be able to travel across the country, into London and happy with travel to the US and other locations
- Salary of Circa £45,000
- Bonus paid annually – circa £15,000
