Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a range of commercial aircraft.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and technical issues in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning teams to support efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance tasks performed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a team-focused working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in both base and line maintenance.
- Proven hands-on expertise across various aircraft types.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of commitment to safety.
- Ability to meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to fault finding and repair.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
