Our client is currently seeking a skilled construction manager to oversee night operations at Heathrow on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and co-ordinating subcontractors on telecoms projects
- Addressing any issues that arise on site and ensuring seamless communication with the morning shift
- Conducting quality and safety checks to maintain high standards of work and compliance
- Managing and supervising your own team
Job Requirements:
- Experience as an telecoms construction or site manager, or similar roles within the telecoms and construction sector
- Strong background in airport or similar industrial construction management
- Assertive and vigilant with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in conducting quality and safety checks on construction sites
- Exceptional team management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Hours of 22:00-06:00
