Overview

We are recruiting a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a well-established HGV business based in the Heathrow area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and supporting customers in a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
• Provide accurate information on HGV products, services, and support options
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, service advisor, or customer-facing role
• Experience within automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle environments preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and CRM software
• Professional telephone manner and attention to detail
