The position
- Act as the first point of contact
- Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
- Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
- Independently perform various administrative activities
- Checking and ensuring the follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
- Actively thinking about improvements in the process and service and implementing improvement actions
- You ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided
Salary 26k to 28k
