Role Overview:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations. Youll work alongside a skilled brigade, take ownership of a specific kitchen section, and ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard
- Manage a designated section efficiently and independently
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and food cost control
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your station at all times
- Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of food hygiene standards
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
- Right to work in the UK
