The Role:

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

• Producing high-quality desserts and pastry items to specification
• Working across pastry production for large-scale service and events
• Maintaining consistency, accuracy and presentation at all times
• Managing your section effectively with strong prep and organisation
• Upholding all hygiene, food safety and allergen standards
• Supporting senior pastry chefs and training junior team members

What Were Looking For:

• Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Background in hotels, fine dining, events or large-scale catering
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Calm under pressure with strong time management
• A professional, reliable team player
