We are seeking a passionate and experienced Taiwanese Cuisine Chef to join our high-performing production kitchen team, crafting authentic Taiwanese dishes for luxury airline catering.
Based across two modern facilities in Feltham and Hounslow, this role demands precision, creativity, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Mandarin fluency is essential due to client and internal team communication.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare a wide range of authentic Taiwanese dishes including dumplings, noodle and rice dishes, and regional specialties
Support menu innovation using seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
Execute consistent large-scale food production, maintaining high quality and safety standards
Train and mentor junior chefs in Taiwanese techniques and presentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to meet production deadlines
Assist with inventory control and ordering as required
Proven experience as a Chef specialising in Taiwanese cuisine, ideally in high-volume catering or hospitality
Excellent knowledge of regional Taiwanese flavours and traditional preparation methods
Strong skills in batch cooking, portion control, and food presentation
Fluent in Mandarin (essential for internal and client communication)
Ability to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
