The role involves selling import and export services, analyzing customer needs, and managing contracts.
Candidates should have previous freight forwarding and freight sales experience, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
A full UK driving license and PC literacy are also required for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Daily duties would include:

Selling Import and Export services
Analysing customer needs
Contract management
Internal and external pricing
Cold calling
Client visits
Liaising with key accounts, sales and operations
Quoting customers and follow ups
Update customer tariffs
Rate negotiation
Identifying market trends, potential and customers needs
Lead marketing and the communication of the product offering across the business

Skills required:

Previous freight forwarding experience
Freight sales experience
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong negotiation skills
PC literate
Full UK driving license
