The role focuses on high-rise residential fit-out projects and requires a motivated professional from the west London area.
Candidates should have experience in kitchen installations and be capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of customer service and health & safety.
The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Successful applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident communicators with strong IT and organizational skills.

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering excellence on site?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our clients’ expanding Operations Team. This role supports the growing number of developments across the South East focusing on fast-paced, high-rise residential fit-out projects.

We are looking for a motivated and organised professional who lives west London area to manage installations from planning through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering a high standard of customer service
Upholding exceptional Health & Safety standards on site
Ensuring sufficient subcontract labour is in place to meet project demands
Maintaining high-quality installation standards
Scheduling fitter teams using internal IT systems
Managing and resolving snagging
Ensuring all installation teams hold the necessary certifications and qualifications (e.g. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)

Experience in kitchen installations
A confident communicator at all levels
Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong IT and organisational skills
Professional and reliable presentation
Must hold a full UK driving licence
