Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering excellence on site?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our clients’ expanding Operations Team. This role supports the growing number of developments across the South East focusing on fast-paced, high-rise residential fit-out projects.
We are looking for a motivated and organised professional who lives west London area to manage installations from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Upholding exceptional Health & Safety standards on site
- Ensuring sufficient subcontract labour is in place to meet project demands
- Maintaining high-quality installation standards
- Scheduling fitter teams using internal IT systems
- Managing and resolving snagging
- Ensuring all installation teams hold the necessary certifications and qualifications (e.g. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in kitchen installations
- A confident communicator at all levels
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Professional and reliable presentation
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
