Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering excellence on site?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our clients’ expanding Operations Team. This role supports the growing number of developments across the South East focusing on fast-paced, high-rise residential fit-out projects.

We are looking for a motivated and organised professional who lives west London area to manage installations from planning through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Upholding exceptional Health & Safety standards on site
  • Ensuring sufficient subcontract labour is in place to meet project demands
  • Maintaining high-quality installation standards
  • Scheduling fitter teams using internal IT systems
  • Managing and resolving snagging
  • Ensuring all installation teams hold the necessary certifications and qualifications (e.g. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in kitchen installations
  • A confident communicator at all levels
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Professional and reliable presentation
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
