The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Early Years Lead & Nursery Teacher to join the team. You will have overall responsibility for the nursery and EYFS provision, ensuring that children receive a high-quality, engaging start to their learning journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate practitioner to take a leadership role in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the EYFS team, including Nursery and Reception staff
Plan, deliver, and oversee engaging learning experiences across the EYFS curriculum
Promote the welfare, development, and safeguarding of all children
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider school community
Support the strategic development and continuous improvement of the EYFS provision
Qualified teacher with experience in Early Years education
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
Leadership experience or ambition to take on a leadership role
Passionate about delivering high-quality education in a nurturing environment
Excellent communication, organisation, and team-working skills
Committed to promoting inclusion, safeguarding, and wellbeing
