About the Role:
- Work closely with teachers to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions in core subjects, particularly English, Maths, and Science.
- Support students with varying needs, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Assist in classroom management, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
About You:
- A degree holder (minimum 2:2), ideally in a relevant subject.
- A passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
