To actively coordinate & complete the maintenance responsibilities for the Lounge facilities, within the British Airways & Qatar Airways accounts at Heathrow Airport with weekly visits to Gatwick site. The role is days Mon-Friday and over time will be paid on top.

The role requires the individual to complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, occasionally acting as first responder to site engineering emergencies. You may be required to carry out repairs to building fabric, handyman and porter duties as well as water hygiene tasks. To partake in the upkeep of onsite Logbooks, including subcontractor management, acting as vital communicator between our subcontractors & client stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.

2.Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.

3.Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers.

4.Liaising with client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship.

5.Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, including, but not limited to the following:

a)Carry out any minor reactive tasks within the agreed service level to include plumbing, fabric, (minor electrical) or porter duties.

b)Identify, report and occasionally rectifying any defects and hazards as appropriate.

c)Assist with management of domestic water systems to comply with the requirements with L8.

d)Occasionally prepare, review and adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.

e)Occasionally supervise subcontractors to ensure comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.
