Electrician - Commercial Construction Fit-out in Heathrow
The Role
CJS Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join a well established and growing construction company based in Heathrow. Delivering electrical installations and services on high-quality commercial fit-out projects. You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical work, ensuring compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and test electrical systems on commercial fit-out projects
- Carry out first and second fix installations, including lighting, power, containment and data cabling
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Diagnose and evolve electrical faults and perform repairs where required
- Ensure compliance with current IEE wiring regulations ( 18th Edition )
- Work collaboratively with other trades to meet projects deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment at all times
- Complete all necessary certification, documentation and handover procedures
Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition wiring regulations certification
- Valid ECS/JIB Gold card
- Proven experience in commercial fit-out or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods and fault finding
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experienced working in live environments
