Job Title: Street Lighting Supervisor

Salary: 拢40,000-拢45,000
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Street Lighting Supervisor to lead our street lighting operations. This role involves overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair works, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll manage field teams, liaise with clients and local authorities, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
路Supervise street lighting crews on planned and reactive maintenance, installations, and upgrades
路Plan and allocate daily workloads, ensuring resources are used efficiently
路Monitor works to ensure compliance with health & safety standards and contract specifications
路Carry out quality inspections and report on progress
路Liaise with clients, engineers, and local authorities to coordinate works
路Provide technical support and training to team members
路Maintain accurate records of works completed, materials used, and time spent
Requirements:
路Proven experience in street lighting or electrical supervision
路Knowledge of street lighting systems, cabling, and control equipment
路Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and safe working practices
路Full UK driving licence (HGV or towing licence an advantage)
路Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2382/2391)
路NRSWA Supervisor qualification preferred
