A renowned and award-winning manufacturing firm are looking for a Team Assistant/Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to department leadership and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across all levels.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the department, delivering excellent customer service and facilitating internal and external inquiries.
  • Manage and coordinate the flow of information, often handling confidential or sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support departmental initiatives by organising meetings, events, and cross-functional projects in collaboration with other teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, track departmental expenses, log purchase orders (POs), and assist with invoice processing.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS) with strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with processing expenses, logging purchase orders (POs), and managing invoices
  • Experience in team support or administrative roles
  • Comfortable working with global teams in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
