Please note experience in a multi-site business is essential.This means having worked in a company with multiple operating locations (e.g., stores, venues, restaurants, or hotels) supporting performance across several sites, not just head office.

You'll act as a true business partner across operations, marketing, and senior leadership, using data and financial insights to shape key commercial decisions and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis - Evaluate revenue and profitability across food, beverage, and accommodation offerings within both managed and tenanted businesses.
  • Business Partnering - Work closely with operational leaders, marketing, and executive chefs to shape strategy and drive results.
  • Reporting & Insights - Deliver weekly KPI dashboards and sales reports, providing clear, actionable insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Commercial Support - Support pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking, and product mix decisions using financial and market data.
  • Planning & Forecasting - Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing analytical support to commercial functions.
  • Data Tools - Leverage Power BI and Excel to enhance reporting and automate insight delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) - You'll ideally be well underway with your exams.
  • Must have experience in a multi-site business - Retail or hospitality background strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen - Confident in turning data into strategy, and working closely with non-finance teams.
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills - Able to build reports and deliver insights independently.
  • Excellent communication skills - Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
