Job Title: Air Import Admin
Location: Hounslow
Pay: 28,000 to 35,000
Role Overview: Join our client's Air Operations team as an Air Import Admin. You'll handle customer interactions, customs clearance, delivery confirmations, and financial processes. Monitor shipments, communicate delays, and build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for customers
- Support customs clearance
- Confirm delivery requirements
- Monitor and communicate shipment progress
- Present and report on calls
- Resolve queries and complaints
- Ensure accurate invoicing
Requirements:
- Knowledge of import airfreight operations
- Preferred experience with CDS customs clearance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Cargowise or Salesforce is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Security check including reference check for the last 5 years of work and education history
- Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
