Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Clerk for a medium-sized freight forwarder.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of Ocean Export experience, including customs clearances and export documentation.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate export regulations efficiently.
Proficiency in Boxtop and ASM Sequoia is a plus, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The position offers a salary that depends on experience, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, and a possible hybrid option.

We are working with a medium sized freight forwarder, who are looking to recruit an Ocean Export Clerk.

We are looking for an experienced Ocean Export Clerk you will be responsible for handling customs clearance, operations, export documentation, and pricing. The role entails daily interaction with suppliers, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Experience

· 5 years + Ocean Export experience Start to Finish including Customs Clearances.· Excellent Communication skills for interaction with customers and suppliers· Experience in Ocean Export procedures and documentation· Ability to navigate export regulations efficiently· Attention to detail and accuracy in customs documentation· Strong organisational skills to manage import processes· Proficiency in Boxtop and ASM Sequoia is a plus

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm - (possible option for Hybrid) Salary depends on experienceThe company are moving to Egham in the next few months
