Our client are now looking for a talented Air Export Operator with dangerous goods experience who will deal with all aspects of Airfreight documentation, administration and coordination. You will work with IT systems and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Arrange Collection/ Bookings/ Cutting AWB’s/ Customs Declarations etc.

Communicate effectively with shippers, overseas agents and airlines

General customer service, providing shipment updates etc.

Book transportation

Provide and deliver full airline references details on MAWB’s

Ensure Post flights are done the next working day

Ensure accruals are loaded and files invoiced out

Complete the “housekeeping duties” on a fair allocated basis

Manage emails and general office duties

To be successful:

Previous experience is required

You are Dangerous Good certified

CDS knowledge is essential for this role

You have worked for 5 years in the UK and no criminal record

This is a permanent role based in Heathrow office with standard working hours -

Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
