Freightserve recruitment is seeking a Freight Clerk fluent in Chinese for a well-established Freight Forwarder in Feltham, Middlesex.
The position requires candidates to have experience in the Freight or Logistics industry and a proven track record in customer service.
Successful applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, and work well under pressure.
The role involves handling customer requests, completing job bookings, and managing import documentation, with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per year.
Candidates should have good keyboard skills, reliability, and a strong team work ethic, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Clerk who is fluent within Chinese for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Dealing with all modes of transport, at the Company's London Heathrow office, working on a Monday - Friday basis.

The successful candidates must be able to speak both Chinese and have a good command of English and work under pressure in this fast and ever-changing operational environment, whilst providing excellent customer service skills.

Duties will include:-

Dealing directly with customer requests via email, WeChat, Telephone.

Completing job bookings and processing all import documentation

Preparing Job files for invoicing / Deliveries

Dealing with various external agencies as required.

Experience Required:-

Must have worked in The Freight or Logistics industry.

Proven track record with customer services and in dealing with Freight / Shipping.

Good keyboard skills.

Reliability, punctual timekeeping and a good team work ethic.

Hours:-

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30
