I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international freight and logistics provider who are seeking a high-performing Airfreight Sales Specialist to join their Heathrow-based team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, commercial individual with a proven track record in airfreight sales to play a pivotal role in expanding the company's UK client base.

The role is highly autonomous, offering excellent earning potential with a basic salary of up to £100k and uncapped commission.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within the airfreight market.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients across various industries.

  • Develop tailored freight solutions based on client requirements and international logistics demands.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery from quote to delivery.

  • Attend face-to-face meetings and industry events to promote services and build relationships.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver against sales targets and KPIs.

?? Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in airfreight sales within a freight forwarder or logistics environment.

  • Strong understanding of international airfreight processes, pricing, and operations.

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a profitable client base.

  • Confident, professional, and consultative communicator with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and target-driven.

  • Valid UK driving licence.
