Our outstanding opportunity school in Hounslow is seeking a Passionate Physics Teacher to join their high-achieving 11-18 school. The successful candidate, a Physics Teacher, will teach KS3-KS4 Science, with potential opportunities to specialise at KS5 Physics. The department is well-resourced, offering a modern and engaging Physics curriculum. This Physics Teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about Physics education. TLR opportunities are possible for the right Physics Teacher to lead Physics initiatives.

Location: Hounslow Role: Physics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Start Date: September TLR: Possible for the right Physics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5 Physics).
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for Physics concepts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Physics curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Physics.
  • Potentially contribute to the teaching of Physics at A-Level, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Physics.
