We are looking for someone who can lead the team and who is very driven and wants to further progress. The Hounslow branch is a busy office and being able to multitask is a must.
The system we use is ALTO
*incentive company car/fuel allowance -Employee of the Month
Ideal candidate should live close to the area so they have general knowledge, be able to speak another language as our clients speak Panjabi/Telgu/Hindi/Urdu. It is not necessary as long as they have other skills.
*Hours Monday to Friday 0900am to 1800pm work alternative Saturdays. 10am to 1600pm Bank holidays CLOSED
As a Lettings manager you will play a crucial role by ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities, You will be conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Achieving personal and branch targets
Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
Building strong relationships with local property owners.
