Location: Hounslow Role: Psychology Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons across Key Stage 4 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of psychological theories and research.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Social Sciences to share best practice and enhance the Psychology curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Psychology.
- Potentially contribute to extracurricular Psychology clubs or discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Psychology.
- Degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 (experience at KS5 advantageous).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Psychology.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make Psychology accessible and engaging.
- A commitment to fostering critical thinking and an understanding of human behaviour in Psychology.
