Teaching Assistant - January Start
Location: Hounslow
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and helping them reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school community in Hounslow starting January.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Helping to deliver targeted interventions

• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a safe, inclusive atmosphere

• Providing general support across the classroom and school where needed

We are looking for someone who is:

• Patient, caring and enthusiastic about education

• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn

• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are welcomed but not mandatory

• A welcoming and collaborative team
