Responsibilities for the Indoor Account Manager
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Generate quotations, and coordinate with operations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximise customer value.
- Resolve any service issues quickly and professionally.
- Identify the needs of both new and current customers.
Experience for Indoor Account Manager
- Previous account management experience, ideally in transport, courier, or logisticssectors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to commute easily to our Heathrow office.
